What courses do you offer?

Our company offers the basic (6 hour) Delaware defensive driving course as well as the refresher (3 hour course).  

Basic (6 hour) Delaware defensive driving details: Completion of the basic Delaware defensive driving course earns you a 3 point credit on your Delaware driving record as well as a 10% reduction on your auto insurance.   This insurance discount is good for 3 years.  Choose this program if you have never taken a defensive driving course before.

Refresher (3 hour) Delaware defensive driving details: Complete this course within 180 days of the end of the three-year period, to receive a 15 percent discount on your insurance.  Take this course only if you have previously completed the Basic (6 hour) defensive driving course.

Is this course approved?

Yes!  Our course is approved by the Delaware Division of Motor Vehicles.

How long will the course take to complete?

Depending on which course you select, expect to spend at least 3 or 6 hours participating.  You co not have to complete the course in one sitting!  Feel free to log on and off at anytime, the course programming will keep track of your participation.  On-screen timers will ensure the time requirement for each section is enforced per State rule.  Once the on-screen timer reaches 0:00, you will be permitted to progress to the next section of the course.

How much does this cost?

The basic (6 hour) defensive driving course is just $24.95 and the refresher (3 hour) defensive driving course is only $19.95.  Fees are paid during registration either by credit or debit card.

Is the course hard?

Not at all!  We have made the course as easy as possible to participate in while adhering to the Delaware Division of Motor Vehicle rules.  The course is easy to navigate and quizzes and test are multiple choice with multiple chances to pass.  

What devices will the course work on?

Our courses have been tested on most internet connected devices, including Ipads, Iphones, PC's, Android tablets and more!  Each device and browser is different, but we have done our best to ensure they all work!  If for some reason your device is not working, try a different browser or device.

Do I have to complete the course in one sitting?

No!  Feel free to log on and off at anytime to complete.  The course programming keeps track of your progress.

How do I get my certificate of completion?

Your certificate of completion will be emailed to you within 48 hours of course completion unless your opt for expedited delivery during registration.  The certificate will be delivered in a .pdf file, so make sure you have a .pdf reader installed, such as Adobe Reader.  It is YOUR responsibility to get your certificate to your insurance agent, we will deliver the completion data electronically to the Delaware DMV for your 3 point driving record credit.
